MARKET STATERALLY ATTEMPTDIST. DAYS N:None · BN:-Search

Market state

A daily count of distribution days — sessions where an index falls on higher volume than the day before — and the regime that count implies, maintained under fixed, published rules validated on sixteen years of Nifty history.

Rally Attempt, per the validated O'Neil regime model, updated to the latest session. Regime labels describe the index's condition under fixed rules; changes are recorded here on the day they happen.

The day-by-day count table joins this page when the distribution-day feed is wired from the regime engine. The regime above is live from the validated model.

How the count works

The rules are frozen and versioned. A distribution day is a decline beyond a threshold on volume higher than the previous session. Counts expire by time or price recovery. Enough distribution within a window shifts the regime label; a follow-through day — a strong advance on rising volume several days into a rally attempt — shifts it back.

Every regime change is recorded here on the day it happens and never revised. The archive, not this page's opinion of itself, is the evidence of whether the method has value.
